Welcome to Go Global Pathways. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and consultancy services related to studying and migrating to Germany. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Go Global Pathways provides consultancy services to assist students in Sri Lanka with pursuing higher education in Germany, including but not limited to:

• Eligibility assessment
• University selection guidance
• Application submission support
• Admission letter guidance
• Language requirement guidance
• Blocked account assistance
• Student visa application support

Our services are advisory in nature. We assist and guide you through each stage of the process, but we do not control or guarantee decisions made by third parties.

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa Approval

While we make every effort to maximize your chances of success, Go Global Pathways does not guarantee:

• Admission to any university
• Approval of any visa application
• Approval or processing time of any blocked account

Final decisions rest solely with the respective universities, financial institutions, and German government/embassy authorities. Any guarantees implied verbally by staff do not override this clause.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
• Respond to requests for documents or information in a timely manner
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your personal, academic, or financial circumstances
• Bear responsibility for the authenticity of all documents submitted

We are not liable for delays, rejections, or complications arising from incomplete, false, or delayed information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payments

• Service fees will be communicated to the client prior to engagement and outlined in a separate service agreement/invoice.
• Fees paid to Go Global Pathways are for consultancy and processing services rendered, and are separate from third-party costs (e.g., university application fees, visa fees, blocked account deposits, language test fees).
• All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

5. Refund Policy

• Consultancy fees are charged for services rendered (time, effort, and expertise) and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refund eligibility, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and outlined in your service agreement.
• Third-party fees (university, visa, blocked account, etc.) are subject to the refund policies of those respective institutions and are outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Go Global Pathways shall not be held liable for:

• Rejection of university applications or visa applications by relevant authorities
• Changes in immigration laws, university policies, or embassy procedures
• Delays caused by third parties, including universities, embassies, or financial institutions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Go Global Pathways and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to handling your personal and academic information with confidentiality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However, we may be required to share certain information with universities, financial institutions, or immigration authorities as necessary to process your application.

9. Termination of Services

Go Global Pathways reserves the right to discontinue services to any client who:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct
• Fails to fulfill agreed payment obligations

Clients may also choose to discontinue services at any time, subject to the terms of the refund policy above.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
